All student organizations that have been allocated A&SF funds for any of their activities must have at least two (2) authorized officers successfully complete the Financial Training Workshop offered by our office. Student Organizations will not be allowed to request the expenditure of any of their allocated A&SF funds until at least two of their authorized officers have successfully completed the workshop.

Credit for the successful completion of the workshop is only valid for the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30 of the next year) in which it was completed. All officer changes must be reported to the Office of Student Involvement.
